Cancellation policy
Please give at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or rearrange a paid appointment. Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice and missed appointments (no-shows) will be charged the full session fee.
Exceptions may be made in an emergency, at the therapist’s discretion.
Free introduction calls can be cancelled without charge.
