Online hypnotherapy with Paul Smith is available to clients across the UK and in different countries around the world, subject to suitability and appointment availability. Meet from your own space without travelling to an in-person appointment.

Online sessions: £50 for 60 minutes

Start with a free 10-minute introduction call to discuss your needs, your country and time zone, and whether an online appointment is suitable. Appointment times can be viewed in your local time zone through Square. Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP).

How online hypnotherapy works

Sessions take place by an agreed video-call platform, such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams or WhatsApp. You will need a reliable internet connection, a quiet private space, and a supported phone, tablet or computer positioned so Paul can see your face and shoulders. You do not need to hold your device throughout the session.

Before you begin, Paul will discuss your needs and agree a plan for any connection problems. The approach and suitability of online sessions are considered individually.
