Many people suffer from stress and anxiety. Stress can be caused by work pressure, fear or on-going worry for no apparent reason. This can lead to physical illness, relationship problems and sometimes depression.

Some people have panic attacks which can cause severe symptoms, such as palpitations, trembling and dizziness. These can be very distressing, but hypnotherapy is extremely effective at putting you back in control of your life.

I see many clients for help with anxiety, low self esteem and stress.  I work with you to increase relaxation, motivation, confidence and self-esteem.  Hypnosis works by engaging the right side of the brain which is responsible for most of our behaviour and this is one reason why it is effective for issues such as these.

With hypnosis you learn to manage your anxieties and stresses.  You become aware of the arrival of these feelings and use established techniques to first manage, then overcome the negative feelings.  Your mastery of your feelings of anxiety brings increased control and confidence to all aspects of your life.
